I'd like to share with you, as I get fitter, all the secrets my Mum has taught me. She's 87 and teaching aerobics twice a week to 30+ clients in a class. Known as 'The Guru', I'm following in Mum's footsteps and right now, as my youngest daughter is going to school, I've started the journey, just like she did when I went to school! I've just finished my Certificate 3 in Fitness and I'm ready to start teaching classes, but first to get fitter! Just this morning I've done a big walk to SkyHigh, overlooking Melbourne. For you fit things, it's not a huge goal, but for me, it was big enough that I needed to lead up to it, walk each of the 3 sections of it that I'd mapped out and then put it together as one big walk. I like to stop and take photos on my phone for two reasons - 1) I can't walk up a huge hill without stopping yet and 2) I like to take photos! I'll try to put together the video of my photos and the sounds I recorded. x Stay Young!
