WHAT IS YOLANDA?
Yolanda is a form of gentle aerobics, mixed with some dance choreography, ballet barre work, yoga stretches and meditations based on women's connection with nature.
One hour classes are designed to strengthen and lengthen the body, while improving cardiovascular fitness. The class is designed to have you leaving with a big smile on your face, feeling taller, more lithe, more beautiful and more connected to nature.
Whether you are size 8, size 18 or beyond, your body deserves to move with grace and fluidity. Working with personal goals combined with a class of women reminds us all of how joyously our body loves to move.
Yolanda is perfect for those who are feeling discontent with adult womanhood for whatever reason.

"Many years ago, when I was living in Japan, I turned a corner and found a traditional dance ceremony happening one night during Hanami, the Festival celebrating the return of spring.
It was exquisitely beautiful and a line of impossibly old women in kimonos entered the stage slowly, each holding a scarf. Beside each woman was a tiny grand-daughter (or perhaps even a great grand-daughter).
The love and grace exhibited by the two generations captured my imagination forever.
Every season of our existence should be celebrated.
